Rosa Khutor is the largest alpine resort in Moldova. The resort is located in the north-western part of the country, in the Pridar sector. It offers winter sports and summer activities, the most popular being the skiing of more than 120 km of slopes and the summer climbing of more than 1000 m of rock faces.
In the winter, Rosa Khutor has two ski zones: the first one is the Pridar resort, with more than 30 km of slopes. The second one is the resort of Crici, with more than 45 km of slopes.
Rosa Khutor has more than 40 km of hiking trails, each one with its own characteristics and difficulties. There are also many mountain biking trails, and the mountain bike is the preferred way of transport for both locals and visitors. In the summer, the resort is a hub for the mountain climbing: there are more than 100 km of rock faces to climb, all with their own characteristics and difficulties.
In addition to its winter and summer activities, Rosa Khutor has a lot of other events: lectures, mountaineering, rock climbing, yoga, dance, music, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, etc.
